Certificate in Medical Concierge Service for Out-patient Visit Training
Target: Those who are interested to become a Professional Medical Concierge Care Service Provider
Objective: To support particiapants' venture into Medical Concierge Care and related services by equipping them with relevant knowledge and skills
Entry Requirements: i) Minimum SPM/IGCSE and with at least 2 years of working experience; ii) Can speak and read Malay, English, Chinese language; iii) With intention to become and Concierge Care Service Provider
Course Duration: 16 hours
Course Method: 2 days intensive workshop
