On 13–14 December 2025, Seniora Malaysia successfully organized the Certificate in Medical Concierge for Outpatient Visit, a two-day workshop designed to elevate the standards of patient support services in Malaysia.
As healthcare systems grow increasingly complex, the role of a medical concierge has become more essential than ever. Beyond logistics, it is about delivering a seamless, dignified, and reassuring experience for patients and their families—especially for elderly individuals navigating outpatient care.

This workshop brought together participants from diverse backgrounds, including healthcare providers, caregivers, and service professionals who are passionate about enhancing patient journeys.
